Return Policy for Rewards

We do not accept returns on rewards provided as thank-you gifts for contributors unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective reward, the manufacturer allows us to return the merchandise. We will replace any defective reward item within 14 days of receiving notice, accompanied by a photograph showing the defect. This return policy does not apply to apparel sizing, so please be careful when specifying sizes and use the manufacturer’s guidelines posted on the rewards website.

Return Policy for Works of Art

Visiting Artists, LLC does not sell art directly. We provide links to galleries and artist studios that sell art and to studios that use art created by Visiting Artists’ member artists for prints and sculptures. Each of these entities has its own return policies, which clients should clearly understand before placing an order.
