ARTIST STATEMENT
My goal is to create art that is immediately engaging, while continuing to reveal itself over time.

BIOGRAPHY
Kent Gordon is a seasoned photographer and multimedia artist based in
Lafayette, California, whose career spans over four decades. Having delved
into photography both within the United States and overseas, Kent brings
a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to his work. His artistic
journey is characterized by an explorative use of photography that not only
captures moments but also transforms them through nuanced digital
manipulation. This duality in his approach allows him to present the world
as a canvas, where every image is both a captured reality and a crafted
interpretation.

Gordon’s artistic philosophy is rooted in the concept of presenting
